Delivery and payment

The delivery of the products will be made through our courier in a maximum of 3 working days from the successful placement of the order, anywhere in Chisinau, Balti, Durlesti, or Comrat, being accepted only the addresses for which the delivery does not require additional costs. If the delivery address is not within the coverage area of ​​the courier area, additional costs will be charged. During the promotional campaigns, the delivery time is a maximum of 7 working days.

 
If the customer is not found at the mentioned address, within the agreed time interval, the courier will return once again after he manages to contact the customer. If the customer is not found at the delivery address on the second delivery attempt, the order will be canceled and the product returned to the company headquarters, the customer will bear the costs of a new delivery, regardless of the value of the ordered products. The delivery address of the product will be confirmed together with the customer advisor, only in writing, by e-mail.

The reception of the products represents the customer's acceptance that the products have arrived in perfect condition and is represented by receiving the receipt and the guaranteed voucher, this being valid for 30 days from the moment of purchasing the requested product.

For orders received after 03:00 PM, they will be processed and shipped the next day. Orders received on Saturday, afternoon, will be processed next week, Monday.

 

TABITA reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries of ordered products if they cannot be honored for independent reasons by the company including fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, wars, acts of terrorism, protests, riots, civil disturbances or other impediments to force majeure according to law.

 

TABITA reserves the right to cancel deliveries of ordered products to persons who have repeatedly refused the packages without good reason.
